“The range it gave me is nonsense.”

Almost always the words. The search took your description literally and compared your item against a different kind of object. Remove the item and ask again with the words a seller would put in a title — material, form, rough size. If the range is still wide, the category genuinely is wide, and that is itself the answer.

“It says too few listings and refuses to rate.”

Fewer than five comparable listings came back. Drop the most specific adjective and try again. It refuses rather than guessing because quartiles over four numbers would be a decoration, not a finding.

“I have had no notes at all.”

Silence is the normal state. A note is only sent when a finding moves in your favour, and a finding can sit still for months. Check that notes are switched on from your account page, look in spam, and use Look at everything again there if you want to force a pass.

“The price dropped but you did not tell me.”

This does not watch prices. It never looked at the listing's price at all — the asking price is the number you typed. What it watches is what everything else costs. If you want to be told when a specific listing gets cheaper, that is a different kind of tool.

“Can I change the price on something I already added?”

Not yet. Remove it and ask again with the new number. The finding is recomputed immediately, so nothing is lost but the typing.

“Delete everything.”
